Access Terms: Purchasing a digital Token grants you immediate access to play the 15-minute vertical slice

of Early Birds: Sticks and Stones, Ruin Rome.

Delivery: Your unique 16-character access token code will be automatically generated and displayed on your

screen during checkout once payment is successfully received. A copy will also be sent to your registered email.

2. Pricing & Extensions

Initial Access: The standard Token cost is $25.00 USD for the initial 15-minute vertical slice gameplay session.

Gameplay Continuation: If you wish to extend your gameplay session beyond the initial 15 minutes, you may choose

the option to continue playing for an additional $5.00 USD.

3. Retail Price Separation Notice

No Retail Credit: Please note that the $25.00 USD Token fee is for early access vertical slice gameplay evaluation only.

Final Retail Cost: The Token price does not apply as a discount, credit, or down payment toward the final full retail game

price of $69.99 USD. The full game must be purchased separately upon its official release.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Final Sale: Due to the immediate digital delivery of the access token code, all Token purchases and gameplay continuation fees are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Read "Our Fairness Guarantee"

GAMEPLAY STREAMING POLICY:

1. Authorized Cloud Delivery & Streaming

Technology Infrastructure: Kingston Games LLC officially partners with Eagle 3D Streaming to host and stream

our studio build.

Engine Environment: The virtual slice is fully rendered on high-end cloud data centers using Unreal Engine 5.

Anywhere Access: Token holders are authorized to stream the gameplay build to virtually any personal

internet-connected monitor screen, device, or mobile platform, anytime and anywhere.

2. Platform Exclusivity Restrictions

No Outside Streaming Allowed: You are strictly prohibited from broadcasting, restreaming, recording, or

publishing gameplay video or audio assets to any external third-party streaming platforms (including, but not

limited to, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Facebook, Instagram, X Formally Twitter or TikTok).

Virtual Console Gate: Access to the interactive cloud video player stream is exclusively delivered

through our proprietary web ecosystem. Players must authenticate and connect directly through our

official website interface at EarlyBirdsGame.com/Submit-Token-Code

3. Asset and Code Protection

No Local Installations: Because the game runs entirely in an AI cloud environment, no local game file

distribution, downloading, or physical game code compilation is permitted.

Enforcement: Any unauthorized external streaming, video distribution, or attempt to bypass the web-based

virtual console portal will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of your 16-character access

token code without a refund.

Intellectual Property & Licensing Notice:

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Proprietary Rights: All creative works, visual designs, audio assets, character models, character names, gameplay

mechanics, text descriptions, and source code associated with Early Birds: Sticks and Stones, Ruin Rome™ are the

sole and exclusive intellectual property of Kingston Games LLC.

Protected Elements: The compilation, layout, UI/UX structure, and cloud-delivery configuration of the virtual console

on our website are protected under international intellectual property laws.

2. Copyright and Software Protection

Prohibited Actions: No part of this vertical slice studio build, its web portal, or its underlying files may be copied,

reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, distributed, or modified in any form or by any means without express

prior written permission from Kingston Games LLC.

3. Trademarks

Protected Marks: Kingston Games™, Early Birds: Sticks and Stones, Ruin Rome™, and all associated logos, branding, taglines,

and character likenesses are proprietary trademarks of Kingston Games LLC.

Third-Party Partner Marks: Unreal® Engine is a registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Eagle 3D Streaming™ is a trademark

of its respective owner. Kingston Games LLC uses these technologies under official commercial licensing agreements.

No license or right to use these third-party trademarks is granted to the player.

4. End-User Limited License

Scope of License: Purchasing an access token grants you a strictly limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable,

and revocable license to interactively stream and play the 15-minute game slice via our official browser console.

No Rights Transferred: This transaction is a temporary service access license, not a sale of software. You do not acquire any

ownership rights, titles, or intellectual stakes in the game or studio by purchasing a token.

Our Fairness Guarantee:

We do not refund purchases due to local internet latency or hardware incompatibility.
